The closing and award ceremony of the 2024 Health Promotion Competition "Hot Summer, Hot Life" was successfully concluded on July 22!

Everyone said that this year's competition has reached a new height. From the preliminaries on April 15th to the official competition, it has been more than 4 months of fierce competition. In this hot summer, every participant has written a wonderful chapter for Chung-Hwa with his enthusiasm and unremitting efforts. The excitement never stops, review and start again

On the day of the closing ceremony and awards ceremony, Zhu Ruwei, director of the Government Affairs Department of Health Expert, gave a summary speech for this competition. He said that this competition has been held in the company for 4 consecutive years, and this year's results are the most outstanding. Behind this remarkable achievement is the hard work and selfless dedication of each contestant, and everyone's persistent pursuit of a healthy life. I hope that everyone will continue to maintain this enthusiasm and perseverance, integrate a healthy lifestyle into daily work and life, and contribute more to the development of the company with a fuller mental state and a stronger body.

Looking back at the highlights of the past four months

This year is the 4th Suzhou Chung-Hwa Health Promotion Competition. At the beginning of the event, 75 people participated in the preliminaries and 61 people (individuals/teams) participated in the official competition. Among them, 55 people finished the official competition, and the completion rate was as high as 90.16%.

After four months of health promotion events, everyone exercised together for 300 hours and lost a total of 184.2KG. The blood pressure of some contestants also changed significantly, and their weight changed dramatically.

Exciting awards ceremony

21 days to develop good habits. They are not afraid of challenges, continue to break through themselves, and insist on checking in for fitness every day for more than 30 minutes. They are: Chen Shulei, He Linghui, Shi Qiqi, Yu Chaoqun, Ma Xiaoyan, Ge Zhenwei, Shang Tongsheng, Liu Tao, Lu Yuxian, Zhang Xuan, Chen Yaoyao, Shao Yongzhu, Li Mingfeng, Yang Chaoyu, Li Meng, Wang Yun, Xu Bingling, Sun Ye, Lu Yuqian, Sun Yanzhi, Su Wei, Wang Yu, Yan Jiqing, Zhang Qiyu, Luo Cong, Wang Zheng, Lu Caixia, Jiang Bingnan, Wang Yu, Zhu Xinyi.

Relax your mind, control your mouth, and move your legs. It is easier said than done. However, some contestants relied on their own persistence and self-discipline to do it. They kept checking in for 30 days without slacking off.Congratulations to the top three contestants in the preliminary round. They are: Chen Shulei (1st), He Linghui (2nd), and Shi Qiqi (3rd), who received Ruixiang cards worth 800 yuan, 500 yuan, and 300 yuan respectively.

In the pursuit of sports and health, they have extraordinary perseverance and determination, interpreting the connotation of "eternity of sports" and maintaining good health habits. Congratulations to the contestants who won the [Eternity Award], they are "Lu Caixia" from the Audit Office, "Zhang Qiyu" from the Marketing and New Business Development Office/Marketing Product Department 1, and "Ma Tao" from the Administrative Service Office/Logistics Department, each of whom received a 500 yuan Ruixiang card.

Although their weight base was small, they still persevered and worked hard, and their comprehensive scores ranked among the top 10. They are academic masters, activists, and pressure-resistant players in the eyes of their coaches... Congratulations to the 7 contestants who won the [Healthy Sports Master Award], namely: Yan Jiqing, Lu Yuxian, Chen Shulei, Ma Tao, Liu Tao, Chen Yaoyao, and Li Meng, each of whom received a 300 yuan Ruixiang card reward.

With so many contestants participating this year, those who can enter the top three in the individual comprehensive score ranking are all tough guys! This year's tight score appeared between the champion, runner-up, and third place in the [Individual Competition]! All three of them got a full score of 113, and if they had the same score, they compared the amount of weight loss. Who are they?
