2. Patients with gallbladder disease and gallstone disease are prohibited, as this product may aggravate the symptoms of gallbladder disease.

3. Patients with liver insufficiency or primary biliary cirrhosis are prohibited, this product can promote the increase of cholesterol excretion, so that the already high cholesterol level increases.

4. Patients with severe renal insufficiency are prohibited, because taking this product in patients with renal insufficiency may lead to rhabdomyolysis and severe hyperkalemia; Contraindicated in patients with nephrotic syndrome due to decreased serum protein due to increased risk of myopathy.
