The Main Contraindication To Medication

Contraindications ：

1. Hypersensitivity to the active substance or any excipient.

2. Women during the second and third trimester of pregnancy.

3. Patients with biliary obstructive diseases.

4. Patients with severe hepatic impairment.

5. Concomitant use with Aliskiren in patients with diabetes mellitus or renal impairment (glomerular filtration rate (GFR) <60 ml/min/1.73m²).
