Suzhou Chung-Hwa & Henan Huiying Cooperation Exchange Meeting

On May 11, 2024, Suzhou Chung-Hwa specially invited a delegation from Henan Huiying Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a self-operated company of Pharmacist Gang, to visit our company to discuss how traditional pharmaceutical companies can deal with the problems encountered in the development of pharmaceutical e-commerce and explore further cooperation directions.

At the beginning of the meeting, Vice President Fan Baoyun of Suzhou Chung-Hwa extended a warm welcome to the Henan Huiying team and recalled the path that Suzhou Chung-Hwa has taken in the development of e-commerce. Along the way, Suzhou Chung-Hwa has gained not only the sales of e-commerce, but more importantly, the determination to change and embrace the future. Vice President Fan said that although we are a traditional pharmaceutical company, we must keep up with the rapid development of pharmaceutical e-commerce, continue to communicate and learn, abandon "short-sighted thinking", adjust the direction of development, explore a win-win path, and welcome the new with change. Mr. Gu Wei, General Manager of Henan Huiying, said that this time he will bring the team to have in-depth exchanges with Suzhou Chung-Hwa. The exchange meeting began with Ms. Ni Shuaijun, the channel marketing manager, explaining the activities and data that Suzhou Chung-Hwa has tried on the e-commerce platform, and raised various problems encountered in the development of e-commerce and related activities. With this as a guide, Ms. Shi Lizhen, the operations manager of Henan Huiying Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., was specially invited to introduce the current and future development direction of Pharmacist Gang and Henan Huiying, and Ms. Tian Yujie, the purchasing manager, was specially invited to empower us with the sales and operation thinking of pharmaceutical e-commerce. Manager Tian carefully analyzed the data, operation focus and path of Suzhou Chung-Hwa varieties in Henan Province and the whole country from January to March. From the three directions of "letting pharmacies know", "letting pharmacies buy" and "teaching pharmacies to sell", the sales operation methods are analyzed, and then the customer unit price and customers continue to repurchase are further improved. Through two classic cases, it is shown that strict channel control, rich products, mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation policies, and diverse activities are the key to the brand's volume.

The team conducted a detailed analysis of the data from January to March for different businesses. After intense discussions and collisions of ideas, they also had a preliminary plan for the later strategies to increase the volume of each business. Mr. Gu Wei, General Manager of Henan Huiying, analyzed and commented on the pros and cons of our company's current activities from multiple perspectives, and gave operational methods on how to use hot products to drive sales of general products. Mr. Yin Jinling, Purchasing Director of Henan Huiying, gave relevant answers on how to select products and specifications. At the same time, the two teams also focused on how to attract new customers and how to break the ice for new products.
